Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date if they are in perfect, sellable condition.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a store error.

Process for Returns

Contact us via phone or email before returning an item. Include your name, address, phone number, email, order number, and reason for return in the package.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error.
